In his address at the beginning of the UNGA session, the UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutarares said that this year will be the most difficult in the history of the United Nations as countries have to take steps regarding the immediate impact of the Kovid-19 epidemic, strengthening health systems And support the development and common development of vaccines and treatment.
