Tokyo: Strong earthquake tremors were felt in the northwestern Chiba province of Japan on Thursday evening. The magnitude of the earthquake was 5.9 on the Richter scale. However, no loss of life or property has been reported so far. Let us tell you that Chiba Prefecture is located to the east of the capital Tokyo.
