But what left me hurt was how CM sahab, his ministers, and other dignitaries left in the middle of my performance. This wasn’t just disrespectful to me as an artist but to the essence of Maa Saraswati and the art itself.”
Drawing a comparison with international events, he remarked, “In places like America, if the President needs to leave, he informs beforehand. Leaving midway during a performance doesn’t happen. My humble request to politicians is simple: if you’re too busy to stay, either don’t come or leave before the show begins. Walking out halfway is an insult to the artist and the art.”
