Bucharest: A fire broke out in the ICU ward of a hospital in Romania, where people infected with the coronavirus were being treated. Ten patients died in the incident.

Irina Popa, a spokeswoman for the emergency services in Romania’s northern Nemat County, said Saturday’s blaze engulfed two rooms, admitting 16 patients. He said it was being reported that those killed were infected with the coronavirus. He informed that the condition of a patient who came under fire is critical. An employee has also been badly burnt.
