New Delhi: In Sushant Singh Rajput case, the Central Investigation Agency (CBI) registered a case against 6 people, including actress Rhea Chakraborty. The CBI has registered an FIR against Riya Chakraborty, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Shovik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi and others.

The CBI has registered a case against Riya Chakraborty and five others on Thursday on charges of abetting Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide, criminal conspiracy, theft, cheating and threatening. The CBI has registered this case on the basis of the FIR of the Bihar Police. The CBI SIT team is investigating the Sushant Rajpuj case. The team has demanded all the documents of the investigation conducted so far from the Bihar Police.

Center approves CBI investigation
For information, let us know that the Center on Wednesday approved the recommendation of the Bihar government to conduct a CBI inquiry into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The Supreme Court termed Sushant as a talented artist and said that the truth of the reasons of his death should be revealed. 34-year-old Sushant died in Mumbai on 14 June. After that the matter took a political form. The ruling Shiv Sena-led coalition in Maharashtra did not like the move of the CBI probe and NCP leader Nawab Malik raised the issue of jurisdiction over Bihar’s petition.

SIT formed under the leadership of Manoj Shashidhar
A Special Investigation Team has been formed in this case by the CBI. In this case, SIT has been formed under the leadership of Gujarat cadre IPS Manoj Shashidhar. Gujarat I cadre officer Gagandeep Gambhir will also be a part of this team, who is working in the CBI headquarters in Delhi.

In this case, the CBI team can soon conduct search operations at many locations. With this, further action will be taken after collecting forensic evidence as well as examining it in CFSL lab. In this case, it is very important to gather all the evidence as soon as possible because the investigation of the Enforcement Directorate is determined based on the investigation report of CBI.
