According to the Panchang, the official start of Sawan will be marked on July 22 due to Udayatithi (the rising date).

On the first Monday of Sawan, July 22, a Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga will occur from morning until 11:40 PM, creating a highly auspicious time for devotees.
