Washington: US President Joe Biden has appealed to American citizens living in Ukraine to leave the country. The President has warned American citizens. He also said that things may change. Earlier also the US had claimed that Russia could attack Ukraine at any time.

It may be noted that the Foreign Ministers of the Quad countries are going to meet in Melbourne today amidst concerns about the Ukraine, Afghanistan crisis, and China’s increasing interference in the Indo-Pacific region. Australia’s Foreign Minister Morris Payne said on Thursday, a day ahead of talks, that the meeting would focus on the distribution of anti-coronavirus infection vaccines, counter-terrorism, maritime security, and cooperation in climate change.
