Andhra Pradesh ex-CM Naidu and his son detained in fraud case

New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh police have detained former CM and TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh in connection with the Skill Development Corporation scam case. The CID had issued a warrant against Naidu, who was resting in his bus camp after a rally in East Godavari district.

A team of police and CID officials reached the spot around 3 a.m. today and took him and his son into custody amid protests from TDP supporters. The father-son duo will be produced in court today.
