New Delhi: As the ODI World Cup 2023 is approaching, the Indian cricket team is gearing up for the mega event with a new look and a new anthem. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the new jersey and the theme song of the team on its X (formerly Twitter) account. The video features the Indian players and their fans wearing the new kit and singing along to the catchy tune of ‘3kaDream Hai Apna’.
The new jersey, designed by Adidas, has two stars on the chest to signify India’s two ODI World Cup titles in 1983 and 2011. The theme of the campaign is ‘3kaDream Hai Apna’, which means ‘Our dream is to win three’. The jersey also has the tricolor on the shoulders instead of the three white stripes, adding a touch of patriotism and pride.
The video, which has gone viral on social media, shows Team India captain Rohit Sharma leading his teammates Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Shubman Gill, and others in sporting the new jersey and chanting the anthem. The video also showcases the passion and enthusiasm of the Indian fans, who are seen cheering for their team in different locations across the country.

The tournament will start next month in India, with 10 teams competing for the coveted prize.
