New Delhi: German automobile company Mercedes Benz has globally unveiled its two new SUVs. The Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 and GLC 63 S E performance were unveiled by the company during an event. Despite being SUVs, both are not less than any sports car and are more than one in terms of performance. Now the company is planning to launch these cars in 2024 and 2025. Of these, the company will launch the GLC 43 in 2024 and it is expected to enter India this year as well. But till now the company has not made any disclosure regarding the price of both these vehicles.
Even after being an SUV, their engine has been designed in such a way that there is no compromise in terms of performance. Talking about the GLC 43, the engine of the car has been connected to the integrated starter generator. It has a 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol engine. This engine generates a power of 421 Bhp. Along with this, the car is also capable of generating 499 Nm of torque. The company claims that this SUV can hold a speed of 100 kilometers per hour in just 4.3 seconds.
A step forward
On the other hand, the GLC 63 SE is a step ahead of the GLC 43. The engine company has also given the same 2.0 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder petrol as the GLC 43. But it is a hybrid car and it also gets a 6.1 kWh battery pack which gives it an extra 204 Bhp power. The total power of the car is 680 Bhp and its torque is 1020 Nm. The company claims that this SUV can accelerate to 100 kilometers in just 3.5 seconds. At the same time, its top speed goes up to 274 kilometers per hour. The SUV has an all-wheel drive system. At the same time, a 9-speed multi-clutch transmission has been given in them, which makes your ride smooth.
Premium interior
The interior of both cars is based on the black theme. The yellow stitches on the black Nappa leather upholstery in both these cars make it quite attractive. Along with this, performance bucket seats have been given in the car. The car has been given an updated UI-equipped infotainment system and digital instrument cluster. At the same time, you will also see AMG graphics in the digital cluster, HUD display, and infotainment system. To make the car according to the track, track pace software has also been given in it, which will also calculate the lap time of the car.
On the other hand, if we talk about the exterior of the car, then you will get an AMG signature grille and sporty apron. At the same time, on the bonnet, you will also get to see air intake vents in a very spectacular look. The LEDs given in the rear of the car are of a completely new design. Also, the tailgate has been given a completely new look. Along with this, a sporty spoiler has also been given in the car.
