Leaders including Modi, remember Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s death anniversary

New Delhi: Today is the death anniversary of former Prime Minister and noted nationalist poet Atal Bihari Vajpayee. On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi paid tribute to him by visiting his memorial site ‘Always Atal’. Modi wrote in his tweet remembering him that he will always remember Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s invaluable contribution towards the progress of the country.

Be aware that today is the second death anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He died in AIIMS, Delhi in 2018 at the age of 93 after a long illness.

The President of the country Ramnath Kovind also visited Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s memorial site ‘Always Atal’ this morning and paid tribute to him. Along with this, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also paid their tributes to the Samadhi Sthal today.

At the same time, many veteran leaders have paid tribute to former Prime Minister Vajpayee today.
