Historic opening of Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailor’, records biggest opening collection ever

Mumbai: The craze of the audience for any film of Rajinikanth tells that he is a mass star. The film ‘Jailor’ was released on August 10 and with the very first show, Rajni started making everyone crazy with her style. Fans have given so much love to Rajinikanth’s film that ‘Jailor’ has taken a new record for the opening day collection. Even in Kollywood, the film has made the record of the biggest opening collection to date.

According to the initial results (Sacnilk) and trade experts, Rajinikanth’s film opened the account with a gross of 50 crores on the first day. The collection of all languages has been between 45 to 50 crores. The film directed by Nelson Dilipkumar is getting people’s love. Tamannaah Bhatia, Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, etc are in lead roles in this film made on a budget of 250 crores.

New record made in Tamil Nadu
According to the preliminary figures, Rajinikanth’s film has created a new history in the South. The opening of the film is said to be 23 crores only in Tamil Nadu, which is the biggest record to date. Apart from this, there was an opening day business of 11 crores in Karnataka, 10 crores in Andhra Pradesh, 5 crores in Kerala, and about 3 crores in other states. At present, in the initial results, Rajinikanth’s film is being described as the biggest opening movie. Trade analysts have called the film a blockbuster. It is believed that the film will mark a new record in the first week itself.

On the other hand, Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’, Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG 2’ and Chiranjeevi’s ‘Bhola Shankar’ have also been released today to compete with ‘Jailor’. Sunny’s film is getting a good initial response. It is believed that the opening collection of the film can be better in the Hindi belt.
