New Delhi: A fierce fire has occurred in the luggage bogie of the Lucknow-Shatabdi Express. Due to which, the train was stopped at Ghaziabad station for one hour. This fire has been controlled in about one and a half hours.

At the same time, Chief Fire Officer Sunil Kumar Singh said that on the basis of information at seven in the morning, the Shatabdi Express has caught fire. At present, 6 trains have been sent on the spot. It is being told that the fire was located in the last bogie generator and luggage vehicle of the train.

The task of extinguishing the fire was started immediately by separating the bogie from the other part of the train. It is also being reported that both doors were not opening properly due to the fire. The fire has been controlled by breaking them. The most relieving thing is that there has been no loss of life in this fire incident.

It is worth noting that earlier on March 13, there was a severe fire incident in Delhi-Dehradun Shatabdi Express. According to the incident, coach C-5 of Delhi-Dehradun Shatabdi Express (02017) was set on fire in the afternoon on March 13 in the midst of forest in the Haridwar-Dehradun rail section. The fire caused a lot of panic among the passengers. During this time someone pulled the chain and stopped the train. After this, the railway staff and forest staff arrived at the information received, separated the coach from the train.

By the time the six vehicles of the fire brigade were able to extinguish the fire in the coach, all the belongings of the passengers aboard this coach had become ashes. There were 35 passengers in this coach. No casualties were reported in the incident. Later, all the passengers of this train were adjusted in the initial coaches by the Railways to Dehradun.

What is the incident?
It is being told that in the above incident, as soon as the parcel van caught fire, it has been controlled immediately. Which did not affect the rest of the coaches. However, the cause of this fire has not been known at the moment. At the same time, if the fire department believes, it was reported at 7 in the morning that the Shatabdi Express was on fire. Immediately 6 carts of the fire brigade were dispatched to the spot. The fire was in the rear bogie of the train ie generator and luggage vehicle. After this, the task of extinguishing the fire was done by separating the immediately ignited bogie from the train.
