New Delhi: In a significant announcement, the date for the presentation of the General Budget has been set. The Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Kiren Rijiju, declared that the budget will be presented in the Lok Sabha on July 23. The budget session of Parliament is scheduled to run from July 22 to August 12.
Minister Rijiju took to the social platform X to share the news, stating, “The Hon’ble President has approved the proposal to convene both the Houses of Parliament for the Budget Session, 2024 from July 22, 2024, to August 12, 2024, on the recommendation of the Government of India.”
