On March 8, around 100 MPs from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) submitted a no-confidence motion against the Imran Khan government to the Assembly Secretariat. Opposition parties had blamed the policies of Irkhan Khan and his government for Pakistan’s collapsed economy and rising inflation.

The no-confidence motion against the Imran Khan government could not be tabled in the Pakistan National Assembly due to opposition uproar on Friday and it was postponed till 4 pm on March 28.
Serious allegations of corruption on Imran Khan and his party PTI
According to the report presented before the Election Commission of Pakistan, a statement by the State Bank of Pakistan revealed that Imran Khan’s party PTI received foreign funding of Rs 1.64 billion, of which over Rs 31 crore foreign funding was hidden. . No account of this was kept. PTI received donations of more than Rs 16 crore from one foreign company alone. At the same time, PTI received illegal donations from 349 foreign companies and 88 people of foreign origin. A major part of the foreign funding went to PTI in the form of cash.
