Karachi: Leaders of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), at a rally here, said that Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan (Imran khan) is “unworthy and ignorant” and his government is also bereft of dictatorial rule. The PDM is a coalition of 11 opposition parties. He said this at his second rally here. The opposition parties formed the PDM on 20 September and announced a three-phase anti-government campaign.
Under this, public meetings, demonstrations and rallies will be held across the country to oust the Imran Khan-led Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government and a long march to Islamabad will be taken out in January 2021. The first rally was held in Gujranwala near Lahore on Friday. Mariam Nawaz, daughter of former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, targeted the PTI government for calling opposition leaders a “traitor”.
