Significantly, after Imran Khan’s government in Pakistan lost the no-confidence motion, the same government fell there. In such a situation, now Shahbaz Sharif of PML-N has been made the new Prime Minister of the country. But in the meantime, news of fierce fighting has come to the fore in the ongoing assembly in Punjab province.
According to the incident and information, there has been a huge uproar between the MLAs of PTI and PML-N in the assembly of Punjab province. Meanwhile, PTI and PMLQ MLAs attacked the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly. There was a terrible stir due to this incident on the spot. Though the election for the new chief minister was earlier scheduled to be held on April 3, it was later postponed till April 6 due to the alleged vandalism of the Assembly Hall by the protesting opposition leaders. After this horrific incident, it was now postponed till 16 April.
It is to be known that earlier Usman Bajdar, a close aide of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, had tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Minister of Punjab on April 1, after which the Punjab Legislative Assembly had called the said session for the election of the new leader of the House. But immediately after the motion was introduced, the Punjab Legislative Assembly created an atmosphere of fierce ruckus and beatings. Due to this, the house has been adjourned after this dispute.
