A father-daughter duo has created history in the history of the Indian Air Force. Air Commodore Sanjay and his daughter Flying Officer Ananya have created history by flying big fighter aircraft like Hawk 132 in the same fighter formation. The father-daughter duo flew to the formation on May 30 in a Hawk-132 aircraft at the Indian Air Force station where Flying Officer Ananya is undergoing her training before graduating in combat aircraft. According to the PRO of Gujarat Defense, there is no previous instance in the Indian Air Force where a father and his daughter were part of the same fighter formation for the same mission.
