New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday registered a case against Affinity Education Pvt Ltd and its directors for alleged irregularities in the conduct of JEE (Mains) examination and conducted raids at 20 locations across the country.
He said the raids were conducted in various cities including Delhi-National Capital Region, Pune, and Jamshedpur. CBI spokesperson RC Joshi said that the CBI has registered a case against the institute, its directors, their touts/associates and the staff posted at the examination center, and other unidentified persons.
He said that a case was registered against a private company, its directors, and three employees including others on September 1, 2021.
