Kabul: A powerful explosion occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. According to the information of news agency AFP, loud explosions and firing were heard in Sardar Dawood Khan Hospital, a military hospital near Kabul. According to the reports, the blast in front was like a suicide attack. According to eyewitnesses present on the spot, gunshots were heard from the blast site for a long time.

It is not yet clear whether anyone was injured as a result of the blast. Apart from this, the reason for the explosion is also not known.

At the same time, no comment has been made by the Taliban about the blast in the capital so far. Since the occupation of Afghanistan in August, there have been continuous blasts in Kabul. Most of these blasts are being carried out by organizations affiliated with Islamic State.

However, the Taliban has said that it will soon overcome Islamic State and establish peace in the country. However, Islamic State has strengthened in the northern part of the war-torn country. So far, this terrorist organization has carried out blasts in different parts of Afghanistan.

Earlier in August, there was a massive blast at Kabul Airport. Since the Taliban’s occupation of Afghanistan, a large number of people looking to leave the country had gathered at Kabul Airport. More than 100 people were killed in this blast on 26 August, while more than 150 people were injured.

Regarding the attacks, Russian officials said that two suicide attacks were carried out outside Kabul airport. Western nations had already feared a possible attack on the airport as the August 31 deadline to airlift people out of the country approached.
