Tata to launch SUV under Rs 6 lakh, will compete with Creta, Celtos, and Ignis

Tata Motors has started preparing to compete with these car companies. Tata Motors is planning to launch a luxurious SUV at a price of up to Rs 6 lakh soon. So that other companies can be given a tough competition.

New SUV will be launched in the name of HBX – Tata Motors will launch the new SUV in the name of HBX. This SUV was first shown by Tata at the 2020 Auto Expo. Since then, this SUV has been eagerly awaited. At the same time, the launch of this car was delayed due to the Corona epidemic and lockdown. But now Tata Motors is planning to launch the HBX SUV soon.

90 percent design matches concept model – 90 percent design of Tata Motors’ HBX SUV matches the concept model of HBX shown at the expo. This car will compete with companies like Hyundai Creta, Mahindra KUV100, and Maruti Ignis in the market.

The probable engine of HBX SUV – The HBX is expected to be powered by the same 1.2-liter petrol engine as seen in the Altrose. This will bring 84bhp at 6000rpm, while 113Nm at 3300rpm. This vehicle can come with a 5-speed manual and AMT. If Tata HBX becomes very popular, Tata can also launch Altroz’s own turbo petrol engine with this car.
