Madurai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy inaugurated a 900-bed COVID 19 Care Centre at Edapazhanji near Madurai, today afternoon. Later, he presided over a COVID 19 review meeting at Madurai in which State ministers Dr C Vijayabhasker, Udayakumar as well as Sellur Raju and others took part. Edappadi Palanisamy also laid foundation for various development projects worth over 300 crore rupees and inaugurated a few welfare programs. The Chief Minister is expected to review the COVID 19 situation in Thirunelveli district tomorrow.
