New Delhi: The customers of the State Bank of India (SBI) will have to face inconvenience tomorrow, i.e. on January 22. This will be due to technical up-gradation of the services of the Bank. Customers will not be able to use the online facilities of the bank from 2 pm to 8:30 am on the night of 22 January.
The bank has given this information through a tweet. SBI Bank Internet Banking, YONO YONO Lite, YONO Business, and UPI services will not be available to customers from 2 pm to 8:30 am.
The tweet read, “We request our esteemed customers to stay with us as we strive to provide a superior banking experience.” According to the bank’s official Twitter account, SBI customers will not be able to use services like Internet Banking, YONO, YONO Lite, UPI early in the morning on Saturday.
It is worth noting that SBI Bank has started the process of technology up-gradation to improve the banking service. SBI’s online services were also closed for 5 hours on December 11 last year. The bank had also said then that the service is being upgraded to make the banking service better and safer. On December 11, SBI’s online banking services, YONO app, YONO Lite, YONO Business, UPI service were completely closed for 5 hours.
