New Delhi: There is important news for those having an account in the State Bank of India. If you also have an account in SBI, then the bank has issued an alert for you. The bank said that the special service of the bank will not work for a few hours for three days from tomorrow. The bank has given information about this to the customers by tweeting.
In fact, SBI said on Twitter that some services of the bank will remain closed on October 09, 10, and 11 due to system maintenance. These services will include Internet Banking, Yono, Yono Lite, and UPI service. Explain that the bank keeps on upgrading from time to time to provide better facilities to its customers so that customers can get digital facilities easily.
Customers will not be able to transact at this time
SBI said through a tweet that these services will be closed from 12:20 to 02:20 on the night of 09 October. These services will not be available from 11:20 pm to 1:20 pm on October 10 and 11.
According to the information given by SBI, this is because the bank will upgrade its UPI platform, so that the customer experience can be improved. During this, UPI transactions will be closed to customers.
Even before these services were stopped
Let us tell you, this is not the first time that SBI is discontinuing any service for the first time. Even before this, the bank had stopped these services many times.
3.45 crore people are using
At present, there are 3.45 crore registered users of YONO in SBI, and about 90 lakh logins are done on it every day. In the December 2020 quarter, SBI has opened more than 15 lakh accounts through YONO.
