New Delhi: Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said on Sunday that the Samyukta Kisan Morcha would not allow Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to enter the village of Badauli for an event on April 14. Talking to the media on the Singhu border, Tikait alleged that Khattar was coming to spoil the harmony in the area under the guise of unveiling the statue of Bhim Rao Ambedkar.

He said, “We are not against the statue of Baba Saheb, we are against Khattar. The United Kisan Morcha has decided that as long as our protest continues, we are against the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister. “

Tikait said, “He is not coming here to unveil the statue, but is coming here as part of the BJP’s conspiracy to disturb harmony among the people.” We, along with the Khap Panchayat, will not allow them to do so. “

Khattar is scheduled to travel to Badauli village in Panipat to unveil his statue on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Ambedkar on 14 April.
