Parliament’s Monsoon session will start on July 8, everyone assured of support in the all-party meeting

New Delhi: The Monsoon session of Parliament is scheduled to begin on July 18. In view of this, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla called an all-party meeting on Saturday. In this meeting, he gave information related to the preparations for the upcoming session to the party members. In this meeting, all the parties assured to support the Lok Sabha.

Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, DMK MP TR Balu, Union Minister and BJP leader Prahlad Joshi, BJP MP Arjun Ram Meghwal, YSRCP MP PV Mithun Reddy, RLJP MP Pashupati Kumar Paras, and MPs from other parties attended the meeting.

House will run till August 12
After the meeting, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla told that the session will start on July 18 and will continue till August 12. Discussions were held with the leaders of all the parties regarding the session. I have urged leaders of all parties to discuss important issues in the interest of the country. The House ran with dignity without interference. Leaders of all parties have assured us that we will cooperate in the proceedings of the House.
