New Delhi: Oyo founder Ritesh Agarwal’s father Ramesh Agarwal died after falling from a high-rise building in Gurugram. He fell from the 20th floor at DLF The Crest, Sector 54. Ritesh did not live in the same building where his parents were staying.
East DCP Virendra Vij said that the investigation report was done under section 174 of CrPC. A team along with SHO Sector 53 visited the spot. The postmortem was done and the body was handed over.
The police are investigating the matter. Ramesh Agarwal lived in the apartment with his wife. Ritesh Agarwal did not live in this building. Let us tell you that this sad incident happened just three days after the marriage of Ritesh Agarwal. Ritesh Agarwal married Geetansha Sood, director of Formation Ventures in Delhi, which was attended by many prominent personalities.

He issued a statement saying, ‘With a heavy heart, I and my family want to inform you that my father Ramesh Agarwal passed away on March 10. His demise is an irreparable loss to our family. In this hour of grief, we request everyone respect their privacy.
