New Delhi: Navratri of Chaitra month is going to start from the month of April. Many people fast for 9 days in Navratri. In such a situation, it becomes very difficult for the people traveling. That’s why now Indian Railways has brought something special for its passengers. On behalf of the Railways, passengers will get fast special thali on the train for 9 days from April 2.
Indian Railways has made this special arrangement keeping in mind the convenience of its passengers. In this Navratri Special Thali, dishes made of rock salt will be served.
Passengers traveling during fasting on Indian Railways will get the option of Aloo Chaap and Sabudana Tikki on the starter menu. This aloo chaat is made from groundnut, sago, and coconut. At the same time, the curd will also be served to the passengers along with Sabudana Tikki.
In the first Navratri special, several dishes like Sabudana Khichdi, Aloo Paratha, Paneer Makhmali, Arabic Masala, Aloo Chap, and Sitaphal Kheer will be served to the passengers.
On the second plate, you will get the option of Kofta curry with Sabudana Khichdi. In which Aloo Paratha, Arbi Masala, Aloo Chap, and Sitaphal Kheer will be served.
At the same time, on the third plate, you will get Paneer Makhmali, Aloo Paratha, Arabic Masala. On the fourth plate, the option of Sabudana khichdi and curd will be available. Apart from this, Sitaphal Kheer will be served to the passengers in sweet.
