Maharashtra has the highest number of cases in the country. Things are becoming uncontrollable here. In the country, more than 28 thousand new cases have been reported in a single day this year.
Corona cases are highest in these 6 states
The ever-increasing coronavirus cases in the country have raised the concern of the state governments. Despite measures from all sides, the situation in many states is getting out of control. But in these 6 states of Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu, the corona is doubling rapidly.
Maharashtra
On Wednesday, 23,179 people were found corona infected and 9,138 patients recovered and 84 died. So far, 23.70 lakh people have been affected by the infection in the state. Of these, 21.63 lakh patients have been cured, while 53,080 infected have lost their lives. Currently, 1.72 lakh patients are undergoing treatment.
Kerala
On Wednesday, 2,098 people were found corona infected and 2,815 patients recovered and 13 died. So far, 10.96 lakh people have been affected by the infection in the state. Of these, 10.66 lakh have been cured, while 4,436 infected have lost their lives. 25,394 patients are undergoing treatment.
Madhya Pradesh
On Wednesday, 832 people were found corona infected and 500 patients recovered and 2 died. So far, 2.71 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 2.61 lakh have been cured, while 3,891 patients died. 5,616 are undergoing treatment.
Gujarat
On Wednesday, 1,122 people were found corona infected and 775 patients recovered and 3 died. So far 2.81 lakh people have been affected by the infection in the state. Of these, 2.71 lakh have been cured, while 4,427 patients died. 5,310 is undergoing treatment.
On Wednesday, 313 people were found corona infected, 123 patients were cured. So far, 3.23 lakh people have been affected by the infection in the state. Of these, 3.18 lakh have been cured, while 2,791 patients died. 2,851 are undergoing treatment.
Delhi
On Wednesday, 536 people were found corona infected and 319 patients recovered and 3 died. So far, 6.45 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 6.31 lakh have been cured, while 10,948 patients have died. 2,702 are undergoing treatment.
Cases started to increase suddenly after 21 February
Along with Maharashtra, Lockdown Again is returning once again in many states. Let me tell you, there was an initial decline in corona cases, in which the lowest number of cases were registered on 9 February, after which a sudden surge in corona cases was observed on 21 February. But on February 21, 14,264 cases were reported.
Significantly, PM Narendra Modi had a meeting with the Chief Ministers of all the states regarding Corona, in which he gave importance to solve local problems. He further said that the confidence gained from achievements in the fight against Corona should not be turned into negligence. Modi expressed concern over the high positivity rate in 70 districts of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, which saw 150 per cent growth in the last few weeks. He said, “This emerging second peak of Corona should be stopped quickly.” The public should not once again be brought under the shadow of fear. “
Daily testing will increase in Bihar from today
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that, in view of the increasing cases of the corona, PM Modi held a meeting with the CMs of all the states. We are all cautious about Corona, will be meeting with all the districts soon. Also yesterday, we decided that we would take the daily testing again to at least 70,000 and I have talked today for more testing than RT PCR.
