Kabul: America has requested all its citizens present in the Kabul Airport area of Afghanistan to leave the area immediately. The US-made this request to its citizens after receiving intelligence about the threat in the area.
Along with this, US President Joe Biden has issued a warning in this regard, saying that there may be another attack on Kabul airport within the next 24 to 36 hours. He also says that the situation in Afghanistan is very dangerous at the moment and the threat of attack is also looming.

In this regard, US President Joe Biden informed that he had an important meeting with the national security team and its commanders stationed in Afghanistan. He told that his commanders told him in the meeting that Kabul airport could be attacked within the next 24 to 36 hours. Biden also said that during the meeting we discussed the last night’s bombing of the terrorist organization ISIS targets in Afghanistan.
With this, he said, “I said that we will find those responsible for the attack on our soldiers and civilians and we did so.” Let me also tell you that this attack on terrorists was not the last. We will chase and punish the culprits involved in the Kabul attack. Whenever anyone attacks America or our soldiers, we will respond with a befitting reply.”
What is the State Department saying
Here, the US State Department said in its warning on Sunday morning that American citizens should avoid going towards the airport and all its gates at this time. It has specifically mentioned the south (airport circle) gate and the gate adjacent to the Panjshir petrol station on the northwest side of the airport. At least 169 Afghan civilians and 13 US soldiers were killed in a suicide bombing at the airport on Thursday.
