The court also ordered that it will give its mobile number to the SHO of Khajuri Khas and it will be mandatory for him to keep the mobile on at all times.

During this time, the court said that he cannot be kept in jail indefinitely because he has been identified. In such a situation, he is granted bail.

Significantly, the police had filed a charge sheet under UAPA to Umar Khalid on the charge of plotting the Delhi violence. According to the charge sheet, during 2016, India will be your piece in JNU, after giving the slogan of Insha Allah Allah Insha Allah, the accused Omar Khalid hatched a criminal conspiracy in 2020 and gave the slogan Tera Mera Rishta Kya La Allah Ilallah.
Along with this, Delhi Police had given many proofs in this charge sheet like call details, photos, WhatsApp chat, etc. According to the police, Omar Khalid was sitting behind and controlling the entire incident of Delhi violence. On February 23, Umar left Samastipur just a day before the violence. After this, he kept getting updates on the cases related to violence.
