New Delhi: The Central Education Ministry has released the list of Central University Rankings. In which Jamia Millia Islamia has got the first place. Jamia has secured the first number in the ranking with a score of 90 percent. Jamia University, which reached the first position, has also overtaken Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in this matter. After Jamia, Rajiv Gandhi University in Arunachal Pradesh comes second. Rajiv Gandhi University has got an 83 percent score.

At the same time, Jawaharlal Nehru University has come at number three. JNU has got 82 percent score. While Aligarh Muslim University has secured the fourth rank with 78 percent score. Explain that the evaluation of universities was done according to the MoU decided in 2019-20. The assessment in the Central University rankings was based on several parameters. Which includes the number of students and sex ratio in various courses UG, PG, Ph.D. Apart from this, campus placement was also the basis of this selection. This ranking is also prepared on the basis of students who succeed in the NET and GATE examination.
