Ambala: Rail traffic on the Ambala-Amritsar route has been severely disrupted due to farmers staging a protest by sitting on the tracks near Shambhu, close to the Punjab-Haryana border. This marks the third consecutive day of their agitation. The farmers are demanding the release of three comrades who were arrested by the Haryana Police during the ongoing protest.
