New Delhi: Sainik School Admission 2022: The application window has been opened once again for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination. Students willing to apply online can now apply till 5 November 2021. At the same time, from 7 to 10 November, you can rectify the errors in the application form. Let us inform you that now the students have got more time of 10 days to apply because earlier the last date to apply was 26 October. In such a situation, you can apply for admission to all 33 Sainik Schools of the country by visiting the official website aissee.nta.nic.in.
Let us tell you that this entrance exam is to be conducted for admission in classes 6th and 9th. The exam will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 9 January 2022. The exam will be held offline i.e. in pen-paper mode. The exam will be conducted in 176 cities of the country. The final selection for admission will be on the basis of school-wise rank, class-wise rank, and category-wise rank.
Essential Qualification and Application Fee
For admission in class VI, the age of the student should be between 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2022.
For admission in class IX, the age of the student should be between 13 to 15 years as of 31 March 2022.
Girls can also take admission in class 6th.
For admission to Sainik School, a student needs to have a minimum of 25 percent marks in each subject and a minimum of 40 percent marks in the entrance examination.
For the children of General Category / Defense Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, the fee is Rs 550.
For ST/ ST category children the fee is Rs 400.
