Sharing this information, the National Center for Seismology said that, earlier at 2.54 am, a tremor of 4.4 magnitudes had also occurred 244 km southeast of Port Blair.

Significantly, earlier on Monday, earthquake tremors occurred in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the Indian island of Doda, located in the Bay of Bengal, in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the National Center for Seismology, the tremors of these earthquakes were recorded at 4.4 and 3.2 reactors.
