New Delhi: Under the third phase of the Phased Response Action Plan (GRAP), the Delhi government has decided to allow BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel four-wheelers to ply on the city roads till December 9 in view of the restrictions imposed by the Centre’s Air Quality Committee. According to an order issued by the Transport Department, ‘As per the directions provided in the third phase of the revised GRAP and under Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, it is ordered that in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with immediate effect, till December 9 or There will be restrictions on the running of BS-3 petrol and BS-4 diesel LMV (four wheeler) vehicles till the amendment is made in the phase of GRAP.
