There is an atmosphere of anger in the entire country about the 19-year-old girl murder case in Hathras. Because of which the Yogi government has come on the backfoot. All opposition parties including the Congress are constantly attacking the Uttar Pradesh government and Yogi Adityanath. At the same time, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi has even demanded the resignation of Yogi.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath tweeted, “For the purpose of thorough investigation into the unfortunate incident of Hathras and all the points connected, the Government of Uttar Pradesh is recommending the investigation of this case through Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). We are determined to bring the harshest punishment to all those responsible for this incident. ”
