BSNL has launched ‘BookMyFiber’ portal for its users, through which customers will be able to apply for a new fiber connection online. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced the portal for all telecom circles in the country so that the customer can easily take fiber connection. An easy interface is provided in the portal in which after filling all the necessary information, pinpoint to your location. After this, you can select the plan for fiber connection.
According to an official circular issued by a senior official of BSNL, this portal will automatically capture its data according to the information given by the customer from the customer’s device. The portal can be accessed from BSNL website. An over view map has been given in the portal in which the customer can type the address for their location on the pop-up.
The portal has an easy-to-navigate interface. Instead of typing the address, you can also drag the pointer to its correct location. By dragging the address will appear in the box. The customer has to fill in this information like state, pin code, name, mobile number and email. Bharat Fiber is BSNL’s fiber optic broadband service. It was launched in 2019 and since then it gradually expanded to the whole country.
BSNL has brought a new broadband plan of Rs 849 for its users. The name of this plan of the company is ‘Fibro 425GB per month CS359 CUL’. Internet speeds up to 100Mbps are being given in it. The company is now making this plan available as a promotional offer. Users can subscribe to this plan till 5 October 2020. Let’s know in detail about the benefits available in this plan.
