Bengaluru: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday released its manifesto (BJP Manifesto) for the upcoming assembly elections (Karnataka Chunav 2023) in Karnataka. In its election manifesto, BJP has promised from implementing Uniform Civil Code in the state to give free milk to poverty families.

BJP President JP Nadda, CM Basarvaj Bommai, and former CM BS Yeddyurappa released the party’s manifesto during this period, in which 7 ‘A’ ie Anna, Akshara, Arogya, Abhivriddhi, Adaya and Abhaya have been included.

Major Promises of BJP for Karnataka Elections

  • Three gas cylinders free in a year to BPL card holders on the occasion of Ugadi, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Deepawali
  • Half liter Nandini milk free daily to poor families
  • Along with 5 kg rice, now 5 kg millet is also given free to every poor family.
  • Five lakh houses will be built for the urban poor.
  • Atal Aahar Kendra will be set up for free food.
  • SC-ST women will be given an FD of Rs 10,000 for five years.
  • The free bus pass will be given to 30 lakh women.
  • 25000 rupees at a time to poor families for going to Dev Yatra Tirupati, Ayodhya, Kashi, Rameshwaram, Kolhapur, Sabarimala, and Kedarnath.
  • A committee will be formed to give full autonomy to the administration of the temples.
  • State Capital Region will be established in Bengaluru.
  • Reservations for Vokkalinga and Lingayat will be increased by two percent each.
  • Betta Kurba, Siddi, Talwara, and Parivara communities will be included in the tribal list.
  • PFI and other Jihadi organizations were banned.
  • The National Register of Citizens (NRC) will be implemented in Karnataka.
  • Illegal refugees will be deported.

During this, BJP’s national president JP Nadda said, ‘The manifesto for Karnataka has not been made by sitting in an AC room, but good hard work has been done for it. Working hard for this manifesto, BJP workers visited every nook and corner of the state. There he connected with lakhs of households and suggestions were received.
