Washington: Kamala Harris, elected Vice President of the United States of America, has assured Americans that there will be no increase in taxes on people with an annual income of less than US 4 400,000. At the same time, Harris has said that in the Joe Biden administration, companies and rich people will eventually have to pay their fair share.
“The corporation and the rich will eventually pay their fair share and will not tax more than anyone earning less than, 400,000 a year,” Harris tweeted on Wednesday.
Earlier in the day, Harris and her husband, Douglas Amhoff, stopped by a bakery in Washington DC. Harris said such shops empower the nation’s ex-soldiers, military families and caregivers.
