Islamabad: The Pakistani Taliban terrorist, who attacked the Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai nine years ago, has once again written in his tweet, threatening to kill him again, this time “there will be no mistake”. On Wednesday, Twitter permanently deleted the account with that dangerous post.

Yousafzai himself informed about this threat by tweeting and asked both the Pakistan Army and Prime Minister Imran Khan how Ehsanullah Ehsan, who attacked him, escaped from government custody. Ehsan was arrested in 2017 but escaped in January 2020 from a so-called secure hideout where he was kept by Pakistan’s intelligence agency.

There has been controversy over the circumstances of both his arrest and absconding. Ehsan has since communicated with Pakistani journalists through the same Twitter account, threatening the Urdu language. She has had several Twitter accounts, all of which have been closed. Prime Minister’s advisor Rauf Hasan said that the government was investigating the threat and immediately asked Twitter to close the account.
