Mumbai: The wife of Film Producer Firoz Nadiadwala was arrested on Sunday. Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai, said that he has been arrested in a drug-related case. Since the Drugs Case came to light in the investigation into the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the Narcotics Control Bureau has been conducting raids on the premises of people associated with Bollywood.
It is reported that after the movie Stars, now the NCB team has raided the houses of many Bollywood directors and producers. During the raid late Saturday night, the NCB team has recovered some amount of drugs from the house of Bollywood producer Feroz Nadiadwala. After this, the NCB team is now preparing to send a summons to Nadiawala.
According to the information, the Narcotics Control Bureau raided the houses of several Bollywood directors and producers in Mumbai late on Saturday night. According to the information so far, the NCB team has recovered 10 grams of cannabis from the house of film producer Feroz Nadiadwala. The NCB team has also seized three phones of Nadiadwala. He was not present at the time when NCB raided Nadiadwala’s house.
As per the news so far, raids are still going on in Lokhandwala, Malad, Andheri and Navi Mumbai. The NCB team has arrested four others along with a drug peddler named Ismail Sheikh. The NCB has recovered a large quantity of drugs from it.
The NCB arrested Agiciallos Demetriades
The NCB team arrested actor Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades’ brother Agicialos Demetriades. The NCB also recovered hashish and alprazolam tablets from him. Agisiyalos Demetriades’ involvement in drug dealing has come to light since the arrest of the drug peddlers. The NCB had already arrested 22 people in the drugs case. The 23rd man was arrested by the NCB in the form of Demetriades.
