Due to the availability of new variants of corona in many states of the country, the risk of the third wave of the corona has increased. According to the Health Ministry, 38 thousand 792 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, while 624 patients have lost their lives during this period. After the arrival of new cases of the corona, now the total number of infected patients in the country has now increased to 3 crores 9 lakh 46 thousand 74.
According to the Ministry of Health, so far there are 4 lakh 29 thousand 946 active cases from corona in the country, while 3 crores 1 lakh 4 thousand 720 people have recovered and gone to their homes. At the same time, 4 lakh 11 thousand 408 people have died due to corona so far. So far 38,76,97,935 people have been vaccinated in the country. In the last 24 hours, 37,14,441 people have been given the corona vaccine.
After the arrival of 7,243 new cases of coronavirus infection in Maharashtra on Tuesday, the total number of infected people increased to 61,72,645. Apart from this, after the death of 196 more patients, the total number of dead has reached 1,26,220. According to the Health Department, since Monday evening, about 10,978 people were discharged after becoming infection-free, after which the number of people who have been cured increased to 59,38,734.
14,539 new cases of the corona were reported in Kerala on Tuesday
On Tuesday, 14,539 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Kerala, after which the total number of infected people increased to 30,87,673. 1,913 new cases of corona found in Karnataka, 48 died
On Tuesday, 1,913 new cases of coronavirus infection were reported in Karnataka and 48 more patients died due to the epidemic. With this, the total cases increased to 28,74,597 and the death toll reached 35,944. The Health Department said that 2,489 patients were cured today. So far 28,04,396 people in the state have become healthy after suffering from Covid-19. At present 34,234 patients are under treatment.
