New Delhi: Semi high-speed train Vande Bharat Express is very much liked by the passengers. How much people are liking the speed and facilities of this indigenous train, can be gauged from the fact that the occupancy rate of most of the Vande Bharat trains running in the country is 100 percent. Currently, 14 Vande Bharat trains are running in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narenra Modi) flagged off the Delhi-Jaipur-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express on Wednesday, 12 April. The government intends to bring 75 Vande Bharat Express trains on the tracks by August 2023.
Out of these 75 trains, you will soon see 31 trains on the tracks. Vande Bharat Express is the fastest train in India. It completes its route in less than a century. The Delhi-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express, which ran on Wednesday itself, will take passengers from Delhi to Ajmer one hour earlier than Shatabdi. Passengers also get tremendous facilities on Vande Bharat Express, which is not available in other trains.

By August 2023, the government intends to run 75 Vande Bharat trains. The routes on which the Vande Bharat train is likely to run soon are Mumbai to Madgaon, Jabalpur to Indore, Howrah to Puri, Secunderabad to Pune, Thiruvananthapuram to Mangaluru, Chennai Egmore to Kanyakumari, Mangaluru to Mysore, Indore to Jaipur, Vijayawada to Chennai Central, Jaipur to Agra, New Delhi to Kota, New Delhi to Bikaner, Mumbai to Udaipur, Howrah Junction to Bokaro Steel City, Howrah Junction to Jamshedpur, Howrah Junction to Patna, Howrah Junction to Varanasi, Visakhapatnam to Shalimar, Bhubaneswar to Visakhapatnam, Tirupati to Visakhapatnam, Narasapuram to Visakhapatnam, Narasapuram to Guntur Bangalore to Dharwad, Bangalore to Vijayawada, Bangalore to Kurnool, Bangalore to Coimbatore, Ernakulam Junction to Chennai Central, Chennai Egmore to Madurai Junction, Chennai Central to Secunderabad and Bangalore to Kanyakumari.

The routes on which this train is running include New Delhi-Varanasi, New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Gandhinagar-Mumbai, New Delhi-Amb Adora, Chennai-Mysore, Nagpur-Bilaspur, Howrah-New Jalpaiguri, Secunderabad-Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai-Solapur, Mumbai-Shirdi, Delhi-Bhopal Secunderabad-Tirupati, Chennai-Coimbatore, and Delhi-Ajmer routes are included.
