Mumbai: Prabhakar Sail Passes Away, a witness in the famous cruise drugs case of Mumbai, passed away. Want to tell you that according to his lawyer Tushar Khandare, Prabhakar Sail died at his residence due to a heart attack in the Mahul area of Chembur. It is known that Sameer Wankhede had raided the cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa on 2 October 2021.
It should be noted that Prabhakar Sail had accused Sameer Wankhede of taking bribes of crores in the Mumbai cruise drugs case, after which the controversy escalated and an investigation started against Wankhede. The Vigilance team of NCB probing this case had questioned Prabhakar’s cell. At that time Sameer Wankhede was in the post of Zonal Director of NCB. Sal had claimed that he was present with Gosavi during the cruise party raid.
It is noteworthy that in the whole case, Prabhakar had revealed that KP Gosavi was talking to a person named Sam on the phone from Rs 25 crore to fix the deal for 18 crores. Goswami had also talked about bribing Sameer Wankhede. Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan was also arrested in this famous case.
