Right now WhatsApp gives the option to keep your message for 7 days and after that, your message gets deleted automatically. Now the company is going to give users the option to keep their messages for more days. According to WhatsApp update tracker WABetaInfo, the company is testing the option to keep this feature for 90 days in addition to keeping it for 24 hours.

According to a report by WABetaInfo, in the Android beta version, 2.21.17.16 of Facebook-owned WhatsApp is going to give the option to keep the message for 90 days. WABetaInfo has also shared a screenshot with this report, in which the option of keeping 90 days along with the option of 7 days is visible, in addition to this the option of 24 hours is also shown in this screenshot. The company has been testing this new feature for a long time. This report indicates that WhatsApp is going to roll out both these features for users soon. However, both these features are still under development and not available to beta testers.
