Mumbai: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (UP CM Yogi Adityanath) met the producers and directors of the film industry in Mumbai on Thursday. Many well-known names associated with the film industry participated in this meeting. In this meeting, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh said that he is going to work towards a subsidy of up to 50% on web series made in Uttar Pradesh and a rebate of up to 25% on the cost of web films. He said that we will work towards providing subsidies of up to 25% for studios and labs.

Yogi said that we are working on air connectivity, and we have started many airports. He said, earlier rooms were not available in the name of Azamgarh, but today we have prepared the airport. CM Yogi said that today no one looks at the people of Azamgarh with a suspicious eye. CM Yogi said about MP Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirhua’ that, the people of Azamgarh have sent a singer as MP, and we are going to build a music college there. Yogi told that the distance of Asia’s biggest Jewar International Airport under construction from Film City will be only 10 minutes.

This will help new filmmakers they can make new kinds of films. Bhandarkar said, he talked about single window clearance, OTT, and subsidy to the film, which is a big initiative. They have written the suggestions we gave.

Significantly, during the three-day ‘UP Global Investor Summit’ to be held in Lucknow from February 10-12, he is in Mumbai to invite industrialists and entrepreneurs to visit the northern state. Yogi also did a road show regarding this on Thursday.
