New Delhi: In view of the increasing cases of Corona in the country, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has given strict instructions to the people. The DGCA, while issuing instructions on Wednesday, has directed the airlines that all passengers should be wearing masks properly during the journey. If they do not do this then strict action should be taken against them. Apart from this, the passengers should also be sanitized. Apart from this, DGCA has also said that airports will also be inspected to make sure.
DGCA has asked airlines to wear masks inside passenger planes. If a passenger does not follow the instructions, strict action will be taken against the passenger by the airline. DGCA has said that airlines will have to ensure that passengers wear face masks properly during travel and proper sanitization is ensured through different platforms.
The DGCA also said that there will be surprised checks of passengers at airports and airlines. The DGCA has given these instructions in view of the increasing number of cases of Covid today.
Corona infection in Delhi
The number of patients admitted to hospitals has increased almost two times amidst increasing corona cases in Delhi. At the same time, officials say that people suffering from other serious diseases are also being recruited. The rise in Covid-19 infections in the national capital and the number of patients admitted to hospitals is not a scary situation. However, experts have reiterated the need to wear masks and follow other COVID-appropriate behaviors.
9,062 new cases in the country
It is noteworthy that 9,062 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the country on Wednesday. After which the total number of virus infection cases reached 4,42,86,256, while the number of patients undergoing treatment has come down to 1,05,058.
