Lucknow: In the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 303 more Corona Deaths and 30,317 new cases were reported. Additional Chief Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad told reporters on Saturday that 303 more patients have died in the state in the last 24 hours. He informed that the infection rate in Uttar Pradesh has come down compared to the previous days and after the treatment more than the number of new patients that have been received in the last 24 hours, they have returned home after getting healthy.
Prasad said, “30,317 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours while the number of patients going home healthy during the same period is 38,826, which means that about eight and a half thousand more people have become healthy today than the others who have been infected.” ‘He told that 9,67,797 persons have become healthy so far.
According to the Additional Chief Secretary, at present, the number of patients treated in the state has come down to 3,01,833 of which 2,47, 257 are undergoing treatment in isolation. He said that over 2.66 lakh samples were tested on Friday, whereas more than 4.10 crore samples have been tested so far.
