Lucknow: With the announcement of CM Yogi to create a special fund of ₹ 3,000 crores to make the youth technically proficient and resourceful, the government has also started work in this direction. A detailed plan has been prepared in relation to this huge fund to be prepared in collaboration with the corporate world, financial institutions, and universities. This fund will prove to be helpful not only in providing tablets/smartphones to one crore youth but also in arranging digital access including free Wi-Fi in educational institutions. Uttar Pradesh will be the first state in the country where such a huge fund is being prepared for the youth.
On Thursday, the historic announcements of CM Yogi in the Vidhan Sabha focused on the youth have given great relief not only to the students but also to their parents. The announcement of a special allowance for the youth preparing for competitive examinations in the state with the largest youth population in the country has filled the youth with enthusiasm. This scheme of CM Yogi is considered special in many ways.

In February last, while launching the innovative “Abhyudaya Yojana” for free preparation for civil services, NEET, JEE, etc. examinations, Chief Minister Yogi had assured the students of “Sapne Dekho-Kadam Badhao-Hum Denge Resources”. Yogi’s latest announcements in the assembly are being considered as a step towards fulfilling this promise. Very soon free tablets/smartphones will be distributed to the students of undergraduate, postgraduate, engineering, diploma as well as a youth studying under Abhyudaya scheme.
